How much does TDTimekeeper cost?

  • 1 cent or LESS a day!

Will it work on an iPhone, Droid, Black Berry etc.?

  • Yes!

Will it work on a PC and Mac computers?

  • Yes!

What web browser do I need to use?

  • All Should work!

What does Affiliates mean?

  • You can make money by signing up TDTimeKeeper customers.

What if I have 14 Employees? Do I have to buy the next plan?

  • Nope!  Use the Custom Plan and adjust the slider to the number of employees you need.

How do I add employees to my plan?

  • No problem!  Login into your client area and send us a support ticket letting us know how many total employees you need.  We’ll adjust your plan, apply any available discount, and send you an invoice.

How do I cancel my plan?

  • Why would you want to do that?  But, if you must, we’re sorry to see you go.  Just login to your billing client area and select “Request Cancellation” under “My Services”.  Your account will be cancelled at the end of the current billing period.

How do I talk to a LIVE human being if I need help?

  • Pre-Sales: Use our Contact Form with your phone number and the best time to call and we’ll call you back.

  • Existing Customer: Login to the Client Area and open a support ticket with the best time to call.  We’ll use the number on file to call you back.
